This is for athletes who have zero or limited experience with weight lifting or athletic training.
This 4-week program will develop your proficiency in basic movement patterns (squats, hinge, push, pull, rotational).
In addition, it will expose the tendons and ligaments to speed, power and plyometric work.

Designed for athletes to train 5 days a week (2 days strength, 2 days agility + conditioning, 1 day of steady state recovery/mobility.

Strength is a critical factor in becoming a stronger Quadball athlete, from driving in for dunks, to being a strong obstacle to prevent your opponent from scoring or having the power to catch the flag runner.
This 6 week program is for you if you're looking to build PURE strength.
